Frames and Grace Returns & Refunds Policy – A Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Frames and Grace, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free returns and refunds policy ensures that your experience with us remains positive and seamless.
Return Eligibility:
You may return any product in its original condition, including all packaging and tags, within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and undamaged.
How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@frameandgrace.in. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, and you will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
Exchanges:
If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different design, size, or color, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Return Shipping Costs:
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such instances, Frame and Grace will cover the cost of return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Fraud Prevention Mechanism:
To ensure a secure shopping experience, if a single customer (using the same Virtual Payment Address, or VPA) makes more than five transactions, the amount for these transactions will be placed on hold for 45 days. This measure helps us maintain a safe and reliable purchasing environment for all customers.
